아일랜드의 호수에 사는 이 육식괴물들은 꼭 두 놈이 짝을 이뤄 사람이나 개를 공격한다. 먼저 한 놈이 덤벼든다. 실패하면 다른 놈이 뒤를 이어 공격한다. 이 원+원 공격이 종종 사람 헷갈리게 한다. 원+원 공격도 실패하면 세 번째 놈, 네 번째 놈이 또 달려든다. 어으, 지겨운 놈들.

생김새도 원+원이다. 개+수달로 생긴 놈도 있고, 개+물고기로 생긴 놈도 있다. 이 또한  사람들을 종종 헷갈리게 한다.

전 기획재정부 사무관 신재민, 전 청와대 수사관 김태우의 ‘폭로’도 원+원 꼴이다. 앞서거니 뒤서거니 교대로 덤벼드는 형국이다. 허나 돌아가는 꼴을 보니 원+원의 ‘폭로’ 어쩌구는 이미 날샜다.

원+원 공격이 실패할 조짐을 보이니 세 번째, 네 번째가 달려든다. 누구냐고? 자한당이다. 홍준표다. 또 있는데, 잔챙이들은 이하생략이다.

다르쿠

Dobhar-chú=물 사냥개. a giant carnivorous lake monster. 사람, 개 괴롭히는 놈. very aggressive to humans and dogs. They will follow prey through water and onto land.

번갈아 공격

attack in pairs. First, one Dobhar-chú will attack. If it fails, then its companion(s) will rush in to attack too.

목격담

17세기에 최초 목격됨..... Modern day, Dobhar-chú are very rare or maybe even extinct, but it is said that Dobhar-chú can still be found on Achill Island, west of County Mayo. On this island there is a lake, Sraheens Lough. Dobhar-chú are said to live there for now, the first modern sighting noted in 'A Description of West Connaught' (1684), by Roderick O'Flaherty. Another report in 2003 was made by Irish artist Sean Corcoran and his wife of a Dobhar-chú in Omey Island, Connemara. They reportedly saw a giant creature with dark coloring and membranes on the feet to swim. There is, interestingly, an archaeological remain called Kinlough Stone, that is the gravestone of a woman who was killed by a Dobhar-chú in the 17th century. Her name was Gráinne. Another grave site is the Glenade Stone, found in Conwall graveyard, where there is a Dobhar-chú figure carved on the gravestone.
